Adolphe Niyonsaba is the Founder and Managing Director of Umoja Lingua Lab. With experience supporting multilingual communication across legal, institutional, development, and international contexts, he leads the agency’s quality standards, linguist network development, and project delivery processes.

Umoja Lingua Lab combines East African language expertise with a carefully vetted network of translators, editors, and reviewers. The agency operates through structured quality-control processes and collaborative project management to deliver consistent language services across its supported languages. We support multilingual communication across Kinyarwanda, Swahili, Kirundi, Luganda, Lingala, English, and French, delivering language solutions that are accurate, culturally informed, and quality assured.

Operating from Kigali, Rwanda, ULL maintains core specialization in Kinyarwanda and Swahili, supported by a continuously managed network of native linguists across the East African region. This network is built, vetted, and quality-managed by ULL, ensuring consistent standards across both our core languages and regional language extensions.
